Look the duplicate record in companies table
Check is there aby blank value in Comapny Name column .
if yes that is the problem. if not am sure u have duplicate in your comapny name column 100 %
BaskarI have created a Pviot Table to count the occernace of a vaule and there are only unquie values in my loookup table , with no blank spaces , You can look at the attached link , I am not able figure out where iam going wrong
