Relationships Between Two Tables?

Hello,

I have two tables each with similar data; January & February. As time goes on, I want to add tables for March, April, May, etc. As I add tables, new clients will be added, but existing clients will carry over.

I'm trying to create a relationship between tables, to create one list of clients, allowing me to analyze data by revenue month, year, etc. I've gone through some tutorials, but can't seem to create the same relationship outcome as I learned.

My only thought is that my tables are too similar. But that doesn't make sense. So I must be missing something. Can someone offer some insight to what I might be doing wrong?  Example of my table data is below.  Column names will remain the same, row data would change, with client names being the same month-over-month, with new ones added, or removed occasionally.

January Table

My suggestion is that you don't have one individual table for each month. Instead, append them since they have the same structure.
