Hello community,
I've been utilizing a connection to Google Sheets to obtain some data. However, I encountered multiple issues with the autorefresh. So, I opted to download the file from Google Sheets in xlsx format. Initially, this worked well; however, now, when I refresh, I encounter the following error: "Relationship tag contains incorrect attribute. Line 2, position 86." It's worth mentioning that this doesn't happen in every single refresh; it's an issue that occurs randomly.
Any insights or suggestions on how to resolve this would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!
Hi @gadielsolis ,
Based on the information you have provided, this error message indicates that there may be a problem with the internal structure of the Excel file. The problem seems to occur randomly, and have you done anything else before each problem occurs?
You can start by troubleshooting the error based on the following suggestions:
1. Open the problematic Excel file and save it as a new file to see if the problem persists.
2. Repair the Excel file using the built-in Open and Repair tool.
3. Consider recreating the workbook and setting up a new connection to Google Sheets.
If the above steps do not help you, you can provide more information about the error and whether you have done anything else each time the error occurs. This will help us better understand and resolve your issue.
Best Regards,
Ada Wang
