Solved

Relationship not working in Pivot tables.

I have a table of 2 columns, GROUP and KEY, where KEY is the status of a GROUP.

One group can have many status {A, B, C, ...}. And the status can be ordered as A --> B --> C .. . (In the real scenario, it is not order alphabetically).

My goal is to determine the minimum status of each group. So, I created a dimension table that map the status into ID and sort them based on that. Then, created a relationship using KEY.

here is the data and the Model.

But when I use Pivot table to get Min of ID, relationship is not working. It looks like CROSS JOIN rather than INNER JOIN.

please suggest what to do to make it work?
