Relationship is not working for reporting

Hello, My reporting relationship is not working tried all the ways and need your support to fix the data. 

example: Sum of calculation Q1 is not changing but Proficiency upliftment values are changing frequeny whenever i use the filters. Need your help to fix this

i have checked all the values that i used and things are not moving help. @v-henryk-mstf @Anonymous @Anonymous @amitchandak

@Prabhakaran_Nag many to many relationships show that both tables can filter each other. what do you want to achieve? Do you want Q1 to filter another table? if that is the case change the cross filter from Q1 to 2nd table instead of the direction set to both, you can change this by clicking on the relationship link.
