Relationship error when trying to open file

Hi

This morning I've tried to open my Power BI desktop file and received the following message.

Hopefully I can open the file still and then I can look at fixing the relationship issue that is causing the error. Can anyone help please.

Why wasn't this flagged when I saved the file?
