Relationship between two field parameters in Line and Clustered Column chart

I have a field parameter in the primary y-axis that displays two time periods at a time; however, when I added another field parameter that contains measures that would calculate percentage change between the displayed chart values into the secondary y-axis, I don't get the expected result. I created a relationship between the two field parameter groups. How can I get percentage change only for what is currently displayed/selected?
