Relationship between tables

Hello there, 

I need some help with this: Now i have this two tables, one for sales, and one for target:

I need to make a table that shows name month sells and target together, but when i merge only by name, Month filter doesnt work in new view and if i try to create a merged column with both informations to force this two relations like this:

it doesn't bring the target for the months that has no sales. Question : There is some way to make both connections and bring a chart with 0 sales for target 5 for those months, like this:?

    Anonymous the better desing to create a common table (dimension) for  name and calendar table for the month, set relationship these new dimension table with sales and target table, and use column from these new dimension in the visuals, check out the importance of star schema here.Understand star schema and the importance for Power BI - Power BI | Microsoft Docs
