Relationship Not Working

Hi - I have a relationship Mapping issue that is not working.  I have two tables and I've tried many to one, many to many and so on but still get the same results.  It's quadrupling each line where it should only be East to East and North to North.  Any help is greatly appreciated.

Can you share examples of source tables and which columns are uses in the join
