      Now if you see in the excel there are 4 tabs .

      1) Metric 

       

      It has around 4 products with Count of Tickets and then monthly tickets and we have a colum which is reduction .

      So reduction is applied on Montly tickets and another colum is inital score which i have explained more in challenge

       

      2) 2018 Load : This has total count of tickets for 2018 and  whatever count we get after appling reduction in Metric that values are called here in 2018 Load

       

      3) 2019 Load : This has the total count of 2019 tickets for each product

       

      4) Challenge : Here it compares the 2018 load january Count of tickets for a specific prodcut with 2019 load of that prodcut and if the count of 2019 is bigger than 2018 then that product gets -1 point and it reduces from metric inital score and if its great then it gives 1 point to the inital score.

      Note : We have by default given 4 as a inital score to all products .

       

      Maximum for each product the score can go from 1 to 5 only.

       

      Please let me know how can i achieve it as i have already got the total count of ticket and i have created a sharepoint list with the reduction and inital percentage . I am not sure how to apply the challenge and reduction part in powerbi .
