Related to date Sorting

Hi,

I am unable to fulfill the requirement here can someone please help me to solve it. Thank you so much in advance.

Requirement 1:

Here I am using a water fall cahrt and there on X-axis I am showing closure data the closure date I am concatenating with some other IT and to gether I need to show on X-axis that I achieved succesfully but here while sorting the closure date (that is date concatenated with ID) from ascending I could not do that. I really appreciate if any suggestions.

Below are the DAX I used for concatenation.

Closed Date = Master_FinancialReport[Date Format]&" "&Master_FinancialReport[changeno]

Requirement 2:

Here I used the same visual and Y-axis I used a value column and the same value column I used in muti row cards as well but here the problem is when ever user clicks any of the bar similarly the mutirow card should be reflect the same value we achieved the same. But here user dont want see the title in the multi row card when ever they click on in side of the visual. But by default (without clicking any visual) the title shuold reflect the same uin multi row card like closed and future but he clicks exclusively inside of the visual title should not be reflect is there any possibulity to achieve this please help us. Refer the below screenshot for reference.
