Relate function or dax to refer other table

I am trying long time but I couldn't get it, count of table 1 has 1000 employees , table 2 has 600 employee, table 1 is about skills they have, table 2 is  about progress they need to focus on upcomi...

Hi AtchayaP 

 

Do you want to bring Table1's data into Table2? You can use the Merge queries feature in Power Query Editor. Choose one or multiple common columns like "Employee ID" in both tables as the matching colunn and merge Table1 to Table2. Power Query will look for rows with the same matching values in Table1 and bring them to Table2. You can then expand the new table column to see Table1's data.

No, I do not have same matching columns, then how it can be achieved?

    Can you please show some dummy data of two tables and the expected result based on that data? In addition, what is the logic to get the expected result from the original data?
