Regist problem - Can't go forward to 3 step

Please help me to regist Power BI , I can't click the next step after I finish fill out the 2 step ,I've tried 3 different Enterprise mailboxes, all of them came to the same situation

Restart your browser (you can use the privacy window) to refresh the page and try again. After filling in the correct verification code, wait for the web page to respond.

Yes, the checkbox you can leave unchecked.
I reproduced your problem and was unable to click next as you did. I found that it was the network and browser response that was causing the problem.
Once I restarted my browser and repeated the previous operations, and wait for the web page to respond to the information I filled in, I can click Next normally.

Thank s for reply me , but those check boxes are not compulsory , those check boxes mean whether I like receive messages of Trial version from microsoft , it is still can't clik the next step button after I choose all of both check boxes
