Regional settings issue

Hi guys, I have two variables X and Y which I visualize, if my Regional settings is USA, X would display the correct value on my Visualization and Y would display incorrect values (it automatically multiplied by 100). Meanwhile on the table view, Y will display well in values. But if I change the Regional settings back to my local (Belgium), X would then display incorrect values in my Visualization and Y would be correct. I have been experiencing this issue over one week now which I don't really know how to fix yet even after I googled. I would indeed be grateful if anyone who had overcome similar issue can give a pointer to its solution. Thank you.

The problem happens if you didn't explicitly choose a locale, so it changes Culture is used to map raw text, so of it's a belgium number and you say use belgium. After that it's the type .Once you set the culture, it'll have the numbers, hope it helps.
