Regarding scrolling of Power BI table

I have 4 columns Y0, Y1, Y2, Y3 and these 4 columns should come into single form like net sales and that net sales i have to apply in the column section of matrix table and below that net sales all the 4 column with the value so that while scrolling the net sales and 4 columns should link to each other

So the same implementation I need in power bi so whenever I scroll in the right side in the matrix table The Net Sales should also move to left side with the linked columns and the same implementation I need in Matrix Table

Now in the row field I added the country and in the value field I added these value but my requirement I want top create such dax function and have to add in the column field so that LC 0 LC1 etc should comes under the Local Currency Columnn and Net Sales USD Y0 should comes under Net Sales and that I wanted in the column section so while scrolling left or right these should mapped with this
