Hi Muthuramalingam ,

 

If you want to change the row sub-total in matrix, you could try ISINSCOPE():

Measure = IF(ISINSCOPE('Table'[Sub-type]),SUM('Table'[Value]),0)

Then you could replace 0 with your wanted measure.
