Refreshing live data from On Drive
When i am trying to refresh my power BI, While rest of my team is working on source data (Excel Sheet) located in One Drive . My power BI is throwing an error that some body else is working on the source data sheet. So, Any solution for the above problem is highly appreciated

Hi vinaymotamarri,
When the file is being used for refreshing the datasource, if someone is editing the source data sheet, the source will fail the validation before data import. This happens in any tool (not just in power BI). Once the data validates only then it is imported.
Ideally someone should not be editing the sheet that which is used a source to refresh a report.
The only solution I think of could be to make people aware of the time the data source refreshed so that no one is editing the source data at that time
Just a query, when you say live data, I first thought it to be a live data stream, but guess that you are meaning a data sheet in Sharepoint that is often edited to make the data real time. Hope my understanding is correct?
