Refreshing has stopped

Hello, 

I have a report which ran well for a couple of months but now the refreshing is stuck. I retrieve this error:

The refresh operation failed because it took more than 120 minutes to complete. Consider reducing the size of your dataset or breaking it up into smaller datasets

Now, I don't have an incremental data set. I connect some table in SQL which are daily truncated and loaded. Moreover, if I can see the Manage Group Storage with 14 mb usage of 10 GB. 

What can I check? And how can I stop and rstart the refresh?

    The last time that this occurred to me, I had to open a ticket. 

    And finaly the problem was due to Microsoft problems with the North Europe servers.


    Is this the only dataset that is  not refreshing correctly? 

    The only thing I can suggest you is to check that the gateway is working correctly and that the credentials are well informed.
