Refreshing has stopped
Hello, I have a report which ran well for a couple of months but now the refreshing is stuck. I retrieve this error: The refresh operation failed because it took more than 120 minutes to complete....

Helper VThe last time that this occurred to me, I had to open a ticket.
And finaly the problem was due to Microsoft problems with the North Europe servers.
Is this the only dataset that is not refreshing correctly?
The only thing I can suggest you is to check that the gateway is working correctly and that the credentials are well informed.
