Refreshing Historical Records in Power BI Table
We made some changes to our historical data, added information to a previously blank field. Our data set is from Dynamics 365. However, when I refresh the data set the new information is not updated in Power BI.
When we update information from other tables the information is updated. Not sure what the difference would be for the full table not to update.
Is there a specific way to update historical data in Power BI tables?

Hi, is this connection to D365 via a dataflow? it might be that you need to refresh the dataflow first.
If not, try resetting the connection to D365 by clearing the permission setting and reconnecting the dataset.

It is not via a dataflow and reconnecting the dataset did not work. 🤔

Hi nbarze0511 ,
Please right-click on this table in PowerQuery and check if Include in Report Refresh is checked.
If not, you need to check this option and then save and republish for it to take effect.
Best Regards,
Gao

nbarze0511 Are you using incremental refresh on that particular table?

This is the only refresh set up for the whole data set:
