Refreshing Folder not updated

Hi, When I update or refresh with new data (adding or changing new excel files with same format and columns) that are in the folder mapped, the information from dashboard is not showing any update...

    Hi cristianml ,

     

    Can you please share more detail information to help us clarify your scenario? (e.g, where folder host, on premise or online, detail update operations...)

     

    In addition, If you direct append records in original excel files, did refresh operation triggered? What happens if you replace raw files with same name files?

    Hi, Thanks, I Found that is because excel files needs to have SAME TAB NAME.
