Hi,
I have several slides where I want to just refresh the schedules in Power BI Service and have the PowerPoint update. Specifically, I am just changing the month or week and hoping things will refresh. Is there a way to do this without having to create a new PowerPoint every week? Refreshing the file at the bottom of the ribbon does not seem to anything.
Thanks
Hi @Anonymous ,
You can try following method:
1.Insert Power BI Visuals: Open your PowerPoint presentation and go to the “Insert” tab. Click on “Get Add-ins” and search for “Power BI”. Install the add-in.
2.Connect to Power BI: Once the add-in is installed, you can insert Power BI visuals directly into your slides. These visuals will be linked to your Power BI dataset.
3.Refresh Data: When you update the data in Power BI and refresh the dataset, the visuals in your PowerPoint presentation will also update automatically.
By following these steps, you should be able to keep your PowerPoint slides up-to-date with the latest data from Power BI without having to recreate the presentation each week.
Hope it helps!
