Refreshed Query not updating in Report

I have query in my Power BI report which simply fetches the current time (using DateTime.LocalNow()). When I refresh this query in Query Editor, it correctly shows the current time.    The issue I ...

    Hi,

     

    I double checked and there are no filters being applied to the visual.

     

    I have deleted the query and created it again and this has resolved the issue so the time is refreshing correctly.
