Hi,
in Power BI Desk my report works fine, but once I upload it and go into the online mode the following error message appears:
The refresh token has apparently expired. Go to the settings page of this dataset and re-enter the {CredentialType} login information for the {DatasourceType} data source.
I'm using several data sources in my report:
1. Direct Query via Dataverse Microsoft Dynamics 365 (CRM)
2. Windsor.ai (for data from Google, Meta, etc.)
3. Static Excel files for additional data
Login Information and everything works fine.
In the report, visuals using Dynamics 365 data won't work - the others work fine.
When I'm using the sources separately, e.g. only the Dynamics 365 or only Windsor.ai the reports work fine online.
So maybe it has something to do when combining those sources?
Any ideas on that?
Thanks for your help!

I think the problem is that I apparently have two sources with direct queries in my report and therefore I need a gateway for it to work properly.

Hi @cn4422 ,
As the error message indicates, I recommend that you go to the data setting and update(re-enter) your data credentials.
After you re-provide the dataset's credentials, if the issue still doesn't resolve, check whether the IP address of the machine has been added to the AS firewall and if there have been any recent changes to the data source that have caused changes in access to the data source.
Best Regards,
Lucy Chen

@Anonymous thanks for your reply and your thoughts!
I have already re-entered the data credentials several times and I don't think that it's an IP address issue either - explanation follows below.
I have also created a report from fresh just for testing purposes.
The thing is, when I upload the report with Dynamics 365 data only, it works just fine, no problems.
But as soon as I add windsor.ai as a connector, the error message pops up.
Windsor.ai data alone also works fine...
