Refresh stuck on evaluation step from Web Content Source

Hi, I am refreshing desktop version manually (source is Web Content, basically excel file from teams folder) and it is stuck on evaluation step. This was working fine next week and all of a sudden i started getting this refresh issue since yesterday. I tried clearing the catche, reinstalling the Powerbi desktop but no luck. experts please advise.
