Refresh specifics years
Hello,
So i have done some research about an issue that i encounter on power bi but couldn't find anything that work
I have several Excel files in a sharepoint (from 2005 to 2030, one file per year), that i use as a database in Power BI. 1,8gb in total. Problem is that it takes a really long time to refresh, so i'd like to only refresh the years 2024 to 2030.
I've tried the incremental refresh but it doesn't allow me to choose 2024 and after, and i've seen that i could modify it with "SQL Server Management Studio" but i can't download any software because i don't have the rights.
I also tried to uncheck "include in report refresh" but i have only 1 table, so i'll need to split in 2 which i don't want..
Is there any alternative to just ignore specific years while refreshing a published report ? (in my case 2005 to 2023)
Thanks in advance.
