Refresh: "Loading-blocked-by-failures-with-other-queries" - unknown reason for bug

I have about about 20 different data sources, from ODBC, and Excel.

During refreshing, I am getting the error:  "Loading-blocked-by-failures-with-other-queries"  for all data sources, without any indication why this error occurs. How do I find out, what is going wrong here, in detail? I have no idea what causes this problem.

Hi @centroid , I removed this error by following @amitchandak method of going down the connections one-by-one, I found I had an Excel file open which was blocking the load which for some reason blocked all the loads.  With file closure, files loaded individually and also then in mass.    Hope that helps.

Hi @centroid ，

For this type of error, it may be due to the data source file being moved or renamed. You can open the Convert Data/Edit query and check for specific errors by clicking on the table. Also for refreshing, are your operations done in a desktop or service environment？

@centroid , if this a scheduled refresh on power bi service. You should be able to see reason on click or should be able to download an excel and see that. One table will have a different error.

In the case of desktop also one table will have a different error.  Else refresh one by one and check

you need to quit posting this. I see it everywhere and hasnt been a solution, different error. Thank you
