Refresh not working

Manually refreshing data on a report after changing the data in excel however it is not changing the values in power bi report?

Is it in PBI desktop? I tried to reproduce your problem, but failed. I refresh normally in PBI desktop

Sorted! For some reason i had to go onto transform data and select the data source again under change data source althought there were no changes made to location or name. 

Very weird any explanation for this?
