Refresh not working

The deleted column may be referenced in the Steps in Power Query. Possibly at an earlier step.
Recommend trying opening Power Query, select the table that you removed the column from, select "Advanced Editor" and see if you can see the removed column name referenced in the code, if it's there, just delete reference to it where possible.
It's likely it's been left over from a filter columns operation.
