Refresh failure

Hi , I started to face  this refresh error from this week onwards in the power bi desktop and power bi service. I doubt whether it is due to growing size of the data. In any case ,I am unable to work on it and need to settle this issue. tried to increase the dataset  to large dataset ,but still in vain. The company is using the premium per user account.

Could anyone help me on this matter.

@Learner_SG , if you are a premium customer then enable XML end point.

Using the workspace URL open that in DAX studio and check the size of the model . You will also ger size of each table there.

Also, you can use SSMS to refresh the tables and find any show stopper table
