Refresh connections to SQL Server DB

Hi all,

i'm trying to understand the behaviour of this scenario:

1) I have an imported table from SqlServerDB

2) I've crated a copy of 1) with Reference

The 2) looks like this:

let
    Source = Table1
in
    Source

I published the report to PowerBi Service. When i try to manually refresh the dataset, how many sessions in the db running the query for 1) should normaly be observed? The 2) is an indipendent connection?

If i connect to the db and watch sessions, i can see two that refer to the same query.

Thx

Hi @stefanik ,

Every reference table provides a connection to the database.
