Refresh bug or something else?

TL;DR: I have to versions of a report in two different files. The one more recent than the other. I also have two computers one with the latest version of power BI desktop the other with the previous...

I found why I have so many rows in my data and why it's wrong and I fixed it. It was my mistake thank god and it was an easy fix. The refresh problem still remains though...

    At the moment I can't refresh anything, I get all sort of errors like "Container running", "We are encountering errors, pleae close and restart BI", "The connection either timed out or was lost", "The server object is not connected". The funny thing is that I get all these errors at the same time, pop-up over pop-up. It's a clean new install of the latest version of power BI desktop and all the credentials are correct.

     Some of the error messages indicate network problem, before you refreshed, did you check the access to the network hdd from compute#1?

    I seem to have a very similar issue with data duplicating upon refresh.  Can you tell me more about how you resolved your issue?
