Refresh+ append together

I have daily data coming in. 

How can i schedule a refresh daily so it picks up the new file and append to the old file and then refresh??

I get this error when i try to combine the files and load,

An error occurred in the ‘Transform File’ query. Expression.Error: The key didn't match any rows in the table.
