Refresh Source takes time
Hey Anonymous ,
and where is that table? In a relational table like a SQL Server or in an Excel or CSV file? Can you open the table with another tool? Does it also take long there? How many rows does it have now and how many did it have when it took 10-20 minutes? Did anything else change (Location, Index, etc.)?
You should investigate the table more, then usually things will clear up.
Best regards
Denis
Hey Anonymous ,
that's very hard to say without further details.
When you open the PBIX file and try to refresh, is there a specific table that takes very long? If yes, investigate that table further.
Otherwise, you can use the Query Diagnostics of Power Query to get a better insight:

Hi selimovd ,
Yes, it is a specific table but, its a weekly report, it just took 10-20min last week and this week with no additional table , no changes but takes this longer.
