Refresh - Premium vs. Pro

All our users currently have PRO - 8 refreshes per day. If One users upgraded to PREMIUM could they refresh the data many more times and the PRO users would get all the refreshed data?

@StevePrice In a Premium workspace, the dataset can be refreshed up to 48 times per day. All users who have access to the dataset in the Premium workspace, regardless of whether they have a PRO or PREMIUM license, will be able to see the refreshed data

Hi @StevePrice

It's a bit of both. Workspaces enabled with Premium capacity can refresh up to 48 times a day, and all users added to those workspaces have access to their artifacts. Premium Per User (PPU) also supports up to 48 refreshes per day, but only users with a PPU license can access premium artifacts. Premium capacity costs approximately $5,000 USD per month for a P1 node, while PPU is priced at $24 USD per user per month starting April 1.

Yes, upgrading a single user to a Power BI Premium license allows that user to refresh datasets more frequently (up to 48 times per day). Once the dataset is refreshed by the Premium user, Pro users can view the updated data in shared reports and dashboards without needing their own Premium license.

I'm sorry but where you did get this information?
Once the dataset is refreshed by the Premium user, Pro users can view the updated data in shared reports and dashboards without needing their own Premium license.

The statement contradicts with the existing documentation:

Yes, that's true in terms of PPU license, but in case of Power BI Premium license/capacity I believe we can share the reports with users having pro license.
