Refresh PowerBi Desktop file from OneDrive with different datasets

Ok I got your point.
By moving both files to OneDrive does not change the location of the data source in the model. Go into my library there is simple manual with steps on how to connect your file located on OneDrive to PBIX model.
That's how file is called: Connecting Excel on SharePoint to Power BI
