Refresh Error Only on Desktop

Hi I am receiving an error message when I try to refresh a BI report via Power BI Desktop. The error message states "tbl references other queries or steps, so it may not directly access a data sour...

    Hi IamTDR 

    Go to: File > Options > CURRENT FILE > Privacy > "ignore the privacy levels and potentially improve performance"

This method worked thank you.
Strange that I had to select this privacy setting for a BI report thats been used daily for the last 3-4 years.  Wonder what changed?
