Refresh Dataset isnt working

Hello ! I have a power bi file and powerapps embedded in it, the purpose of the powerapps is to modify dataset in power bi, im facing an issue where everytime i modify field in powerapps and click...

the datasource is excel, the refresh process works right away if i directly refresh in power bi (figure 1). but it doesnt work if i click refresh button that i created using power automate (figure 2).

Hi butterscotch ,

It seems like that you’re experiencing an issue with refreshing Power BI dataset using Power Automate. However, it works well when refresh it in Power BI Desktop. Where you store the excel file? Is the excel file in your local directory or online location like OneDrive or SharePoint? You can store that excel file in an online location like OneDrive or SharePoint, then refer the following links to refresh the report.
