I have exactly the same issue with the Azure billing portal API (https://ea.azure.com)
Create a connection on PBI Desktop
Publish pbix to service
Same error on refresh
Salvolin As communicated by microsoft team , they are working to fix this issues. The ticket has already been raised. Once the issue is fixed , i will update accordingly. Thanks
