Refresh Button not responding.
Hi #communtity,
I have a Power BI desktop report. It has 5 web URL connections of sharepoint.
I have been refreshing it from past 6 months. But now suddenly the refresh button is not responding. It not greyed as well.
but, the Published report refreshes on the Power BI services every day twice as per the set schedule.
the file size is 6MB.
can any one advice how to resolve this issue.

Hi rishabjain237 - if you are using June 2024 release, then there is a thread on the same Refresh button issue.
it is not bug , background it is running
Although the update pop-up window does not appear, it means that the data is being updated in the background! as per the new feature and functionality from June 2024.

if it is already installed June 2024, please uninstall it and reinstall May release 2024.

Hi rishabjain237 - if you are using June 2024 release, then there is a thread on the same Refresh button issue.
it is not bug , background it is running

Hi All,
Looks like the solution has been implemented in the latest version below. i downloaded and installed. refresh pop up appears now!
Desktop has been updated to 2.130.930.0, please uninstall the original version and install the latest version to see if the problem exists.Download Microsoft Power BI Desktop from Official Microsoft Download Center
