Reference line for last year spend

Hi Team,

I am looking to get last year spend reference line as shown in the image which is created on tableau(top right). i have attempted this in power bi but somehow not getting the desired result (top left). 

Reference lines should be for domestic and international as shown in the right image.

The totals are shown at the bottom for 2021 (current year) vs 2020 (last year)

Please advise

My bad it's not turn off you need to change the size of the line to 0 (stroke width) kind of turn off.

One options is to create a Line and clustered column chart and then use the previous Year on the line, turn of secondary axis, turn of lines, turn on markers then add labels:

You can also try and check some customs visulizations
