Reference Label covered the main card

Hi guys, 

I am recently encoutering the problem in terms of padding of reference label to its main card. 

It was not like this before last Thursday on Desktop version, yet it was normal in Publish version. 

However, today both versions have the same problem as shown in the pic. 

Has anyone known anything about this issue and how can I resolve it?
