Reduce Target by accumulated sales

Dear all,

I am building a Report for Sales. Which have these tables

Then I have dataset of "Actual" DAILY SALES , which show how many of each product each Salesperson has made over time:

My question: How to get the aggregated "Actual daily" with Targets by Month when showing "DAY" level.

And as each days go by, I would like to see the "Target per day" - Accumulated sales that has been Sold.
