Red for negative

Hi,   I have percetage variable, how to change negative number in red.  In Value I am unable to see Conditional format. please HELP
Need Help

    Where are you checking? Some time when you hover over background color or font color you will see three dot and there you have the option

    I have value in card 

     

                               curr yr sales

            

               prev yr sales                curr yr sales / prev yr sales ( this is in percentage) here i want negative value in reg

      Measure = IF([Percentage]<0,"Red")
