Reason for BI Reports Migration

I would like to know what are the reasons or challenges behind BI reports migration from one tool to another (means why people migrate from one BI tool to another BI Tool , example Tableau to Power BI ), some of the points I can think of are

1. Source BI Tool (example Tableau) may not provide latest features
2. Source BI tool may be costly

There are multiple reasons behind the migration, out of them three main reasons I noticed
1. Self service BI - Power BI is very to develop and maintain without costly technical team and development team.

2. Adhoc reporting - Power BI allows lots of option to share dataset or semantic model to end users who can analyse or build their own version of the report
3. Easy integration within other Microsoft tools - Power BI can intergrate with Dynamic 365 Teams, Sharepoint, Power App, Power Automate, Excel analysis, PowerPoint, API etc
