Re-install an older version of Power BI Desktop

A new version of Power BI Desktop (May 2024) was installed. 

But with this version I can't update our reports, they are on older on-premise server. we can't update the server currently.

When I start Power BI it starts the newer version (May2024). Only this version seems to be installed. 

the App list shows both versions. But the older version (September 2023) is no more available. 

I wanted to uninstall the version May2024. This is not possible, the button is deactivated. 

the uninstall button for version September 2023 is active, but if you click this it says "first uninstall the previous version" (s. pictures).

Who can help how I can clean up it and uninstall Power BI. And then to install my old version?
