Getting error while resfrehs setup in power BI

    Hi Shilpa_HRIT ,

    Please try below steps:

    1. Check Data Source Credentials: Ensure that your data source credentials are up to date. Power BI needs to have the correct credentials to access your data sources for the refresh to work. You can update your credentials by going to your dataset settings in the Power BI service and checking the Data Source Credentials section.

     

    2. Verify Gateway Configuration: If your data sources are on-premises, ensure that the gateway is properly configured and online. An offline or misconfigured gateway can prevent refresh schedules from being saved.
