For Hong Kong geojson files, you can refer to these two websites:
Open Geospatial Data by Esri China (Hong Kong) Ltd.
Alternatively, in mapshaper, you can use the editing tools to modify the boundaries and ensure that Hong Kong is represented as a separate entity. This may involve adjusting arcs and polygons to separate Hong Kong from China.

Thank you so much Yang for your suggestion. I have gone through the link which you have provided but not got the exact values. I have given one example below for china and Taiwan
My client want to Show Hongkong as a separate country for that I need the ARC and Polygon/Multipolygon details for Hongkong. Also I need to adjust ARC and Polygon details for China. So I need help on this. I have searched in web for the correct details but failed. Looking forward your support on this please.
