Raw data formatting in a bar chart

When right clicking on a bar of a bar chart it is possible to visualize the raw data that has generated the selected column of the bar chart. In this moment it is possible to add or remove fields form this visualization, but it is not possible to save the configuration of visualized fields for the next visualization. The raw table has a lot of fields that the end users of the report do not want to see. How can I save this information so that on the next visualizations, only the fields of interest appear?

To the best of my knowledge you cannot save the configuration.
