Rates: Daily Target is Monthly Target (Target change Monthly)
Hi Community!
I would like to know how I can do this properly, the image below should show what my goal is:
Basically I dont want the target to end up to the sum of daily targets. Since this is a Rate target the dailies should be the same as the monthly target not the accumulated.
Or say whenever I choose a date range, the taget would not aggregate to the filtered days.
Here's the data that I used.
| Sales Count | Work Hours (mins) |
| 94 | 428.1326408 |
| 73 | 350.6616239 |
| 80 | 357.1916753 |
| 86 | 423.9083607 |
| 86 | 282.6110697 |
| 76 | 335.1554057 |
| 72 | 451.1635545 |
| 51 | 405.49636 |
| 52 | 320.2297197 |
| 55 | 418.636617 |
| 56 | 363.1810663 |
| 55 | 370.9766479 |
| 725 | 3773.187027 |
Could you set the default sumarisation on the field to me something other than SUM (eg, MAX, MIN, AVERAGE) ?
As Phil_Seamark said, to have the target "fixed" on all level, you just need to change the aggregation type for this field in either visual level or Modeling.

Hello,
I need your help to set the targets for the upcoming months (Oct 2022- SEPT 2023) BASED on the historical data, I have the historical data from 2019 to 2022, so we go like Oct 2020-Sept 2021, Oct 2021-Sept 2022, Oct 2022-Sept 2023(I want to set the targets for these months) for 80 different programs or categories.
Is There any formula or any Dax function available.
I will highly appreciate the response.
Thank you
